DURHAM, NC-Duke Realty Corp., a real estate investor based in Indianapolis, has added another warehouse property to its Triangle portfolio. The company has paid $17.5 million for CenterPoint I, a 324,000-square-foot building on T.W. Alexander Drive.
New York-based Petrus Partners sold the 25-acre property on September 23. Duke Realty purchased Greenfield North Business Park situated in Garner for $31 million from a partnership of Craig Davis Properties of Cary and GE Asset Management on September 21.
