NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL-Equity One, Inc. has sold Park Plaza and Trio Apartments in California for a combined $124.9 million and has acquired Aventura Square for an amount of $55.5 million. The company has sold the 73,000-square-foot Park Plaza office building in Sacramento for $12.7 million and the 304-unit Trio Apartments building in Pasadena for $112.2 million.
