LONDON-Metrotel has sold Premier Inn Hammersmith Hotel, a 119-bedroom hotel, and Ravenscourt Arms Public House at 255-257 King Street in London to a private investor. The former office tower at 255-257 King Street was changed into Premier Inn.

The Ravenscourt Arms is attached to one side of Premier Inn. The sale price of the property was not revealed. The guide price of the King Street property was GBP 10 million. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
