Brady

VICTORVILLE, CA-Joseph Brady, a pioneer in real estate services in the High Desert region of Southern California, has aligned his firm, The Bradco Cos., with international real estate services organization TCN Worldwide. Joining Brady in his affiliation with TCN Worldwide are his two new partners, Ronald J. Barbieri and Nick DiCosola, who recently joined Bradco as senior vice presidents and principals.

The Bradco Cos./TCN Worldwide will continue Brady’s decades-long history as a full-service real estate firm specializing in the acquisition and disposition of raw land, commercial and industrial land projects for developers and investors as well as in the leasing and sales of commercial, industrial and office properties throughout Southern California’s High Desert Regions, including Palmdale; Lancaster; Adelanto; Hesperia; Barstow; Victorville and Apple Valley.

In an announcement regarding Bradco joining TCN, H. Ross Ford, president and CEO of TCN Worldwide, noted that Brady and his two new partners have over 100 years combined commercial real estate experience and are an “example of the type of strong independent firm we attract to TCN Worldwide.” Brady said that the new partnership with TCN Worldwide “will provide our organization with the ability to offer clients an expanded array of services on a local, national and international level.”

Barbieri

Brady, who is president of The Bradco Cos., recently completed the largest industrial square footage lease, at 505,192 square feet, ever negotiated in the Victor Valley. In that deal, as reported on GlobeSt.com in September, Brady represented Mississippi-based United Furniture Industries, a manufacturer of furniture sold under the Simmons brand name, in its lease to occupy 505,192 square feet of a one-million-square foot industrial building at Southern California Logistics Centre in Victorville. In addition, he has been publishing The Bradco High Desert Report, an economic overview of the region, since 1993 and is preparing to publish his 50th edition.

Barbieri and DeCosola, before joining The Bradco Cos., were founding members of Lee & Associates Inland Empire North. Barbieri began his career with Arthur Young & Co. (now Ernst & Young) and has been involved in real estate and finance for the past 40 years. He was an associate professor at Cal Poly Pomona, designed and marketed one of the first real estate investment funds for pension funds and insurance companies while at Coldwell Banker (now CBRE), was the partner in charge of the San Diego office of Equidon, a commercial real estate development and construction company, was a partner at accounting firm KPMG and a tenant rep at Lee & Associates.

DiCosola

DiCosola has been active in High Desert real estate Community for the past 20 years and before that was in the computer industry, where he held posts as a systems analysis and data processing manager, marketing main frame and super mini-computers, and the sale and distribution of software. He entered real estate in 1984 by originating residential loans, and later he joined a Coldwell Banker residential office selling homes and land. He later moved to commercial real estate and was instrumental in bringing several major retailers to the Victor Valley.

TCN’s Ford notes that, with The Bradco Cos. and DP Management in Omaha having joined the company recently, TCN Worldwide now has added seven new member firms in 2011.
