TAMPA, FL-Cushman & Wakefield has closed the sale of an industrial property in Tampa. BB&T has sold the 167,316-square-foot warehouse at 4907 Joanne Kearney Blvd. to Tampa-based Chadwell Supply.
The industrial property was sold for $5.2 million. Chadwell Supply is a provider of flooring services and maintenance supplies for apartment communities. In the deal, the seller was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, and the buyer was represented by Mark McKell from Colliers International Tampa Bay.
