SOUTHAMPTON, UK-Cubemaker, a property investment fund, has purchased the Mannings Heath Retail Park, a 71,959-square-foot retail park comprising 4 units in Poole, for GBP 9.15 million. The Church Commissioners for England was the seller of the Poole retail park.
