PLANO, TX-Two investment groups have recently purchased the Estancia at Ridgeview Ranch, 500-unit Class A apartment complex at 10200 Independence Pkwy. in Plano. Mike Ochstein, Price Realty Corp.'s president, and The Praedium Group have bought the 23-building complex situated off the Dallas North Tollway for an undisclosed price.
The apartment complex, constructed in 2007, is 94% leased. Brian Carlton and John Brownlee of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler arranged a loan for the deal through MetLife Real Estate Investments. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
