SAN FRANCISCO-Zynga headquarters, a 670,000-square-foot office building located at 650 Townsend Street, is hitting the market for sale. The owners of the building are Farallon Capital Management and TMG Partners, who bought it for $116.9 million in 2007. Jones Lang LaSalle's Rob Hielscher, Paul Lee and Michel Seifer are marketing the property, which is expected to fetch $234 million or $350 per square foot.
