MILWAUKEE-Athea Inc. has purchased an industrial building measuring 245,000 square feet at 1900 W. Cornell St. in Milwaukee for $4.4 million. The company will relocate its 86 employees from two plants to the new location.

The property was sold by Norcross, Georgia-based RockTenn. Chase Bank financed the acquisition. Athea will start relocating to the new location in March or April.
