DENVER-Baceline Investments LLC of Denver has acquired the Renewal Medical Center, a 38,600-square-foot property at 9777 S. Yosemite St. in Lone Tree, for $6 million. The company has purchased the foreclosed medical office building from the Bank of Oklahoma.

The property, constructed in 1984 and refurbished in 2005, was 65% leased at closing. Karis Duran-Holman, John Holman, Barry Bounds and Ari Michaeli of KW Commercial Real Estate LLC represented the buyer, while the bank had in-house representation in the sale.
