NEW YORK CITY-Willyeight Investors and 7/8 JV LLC has purchased a development site situated at 248 N. 8th Street in North Williamsburg for $12.3 million or $102 per buildable square foot. Van Benson Management was the seller of the property, which secured approval for a residential development measuring 120,000 square feet. The new owners propose to construct a residential development on the site located between Roebling and Havemeyer streets.
