CLEARWATER BEACH, FL-Publix Super Markets Inc. has bought a grocery-anchored neighborhood center at 130 Island Way in Clearwater Beach. The company has acquired the 50,046-square-foot Island Estates Plaza property from DAM Clearwater LLC for $8.1 million.
