CARDIFF, UK-Savills has closed the acquisition of Centre 7 at Cardiff Gate International Business Park in South Wales on behalf of Sir Robert McAlpine's pension fund. Sir Robert McAlpine Limited Staff Pension & Life Assurance Scheme has purchased Centre 7, which totals over 51,000 square feet, from Premier Diversified for an amount of GBP 8.5 million.
