MEMPHIS-Utah-based Property Asset Management has purchased the Village of Sycamore Ridge, an apartment community consisting of 114 units in the Raleigh/Bartlett submarket, from TVO Sycamore LLC for $3.35 million. The community comprises three swimming pools, wood-burning fireplaces, washer/dryer connections, private patios and bike/walking trails.
The sales price breaks down to about $29,385 per unit. Tommy Bronson III and Blake Pera from CB Richard Ellis Memphis' Multifamily Division negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
