ASHBURN, VA-CBRE Capital Markets has secured $78.65 million in acquisition financing for the Stoneridge Apartments in Ashburn, a multifamily complex consisting of 630 units in Ashburn. The firm has arranged the permanent financing, which features a fixed-rate for a seven-year term, for a subsidiary of Crow Holdings Capital Partners LLC.
