FOREST PARK, OH-Chicago-based Brennan Investments has bought an industrial facility located at 1680 Carillon Park Blvd. in Forest Park from Cincinnati United Contractors Inc. for $6.1 million. The production facility, which measures 149,000 square feet, is 100% leased to National Bedding Co., Serta's largest licensee.
