PALMDALE, CA-San Francisco-based Meridian Property Company, an investor and developer of medical office buildings, has acquired a vacant business complex and more than three acres of land in Palmdale. General Electric Capital Corp. was the seller of the Palmdale property.
Meridian Property has plans to change the 34,300-square-foot Challenger Business Park property to a medical office building. The firm will rename the property as Sierra Pelona Medical Center.
