HALLANDALE BEACH, FL-Capital Commercial Real Estate Group has completed the sale of 240 condominiums of Normandy Village, a 254-unit multifamily property situated at 4410 NW 36 Street in Lauderdale Lakes. Normandy Village was modified to condominiums in 2007. Capital Commercial Real Estate Group's Olga Rosado and Randy North found the buyer, who paid $10,150,000 for the property.
