NEW YORK CITY-A garment center office building located at 1370 Broadway is on the market for sale. Eastdil Secured's Adam Spies and Douglas Harmon are handling the sale of the property measuring 275,000 square feet. According to familiar sources, the building could fetch a price of over $130 million.
Sitt Asset Management bought the office property for $57.2 million from SL Green Realty Trust in 2003. The property has a mortgage worth $60 million. The firms refused comment. For the full story, go to New York Post .
