HOUSTON-Coventry Real Estate Advisors and The Dinerstein Cos. are proceeding ahead with a multifamily development within the 610 Loop. The partners have acquired a 6.25-acre parcel at 4410 Westheimer for the 340-unit apartment complex.
The Westheimer parcel was sold by the Kagan and Rudy families. Dinerstein will design, construct and manage the complex, named Millennium High Street. The property will contain 340 apartments, a 15,000-square-foot retail space and a 10,000-square-foot restaurant space. The project is expected to be completed in summer 2013.
