WINTER PARK, FL-CB Richard Ellis has completed the sale of an apartment complex in Winter Park. The firm has marketed the 195-unit Sun Bay apartment complex for the seller.
The complex, constructed in 1974, features single- and double-bedroom apartments averaging 629 square feet. It was 89% occupied at the time of closing. The buyer has plans to improve the property.
