PARIS-According to LaSalle Investment Management, HSBC Assurances has purchased Le Viala, an office building situated in Paris 15th arrondissement, from LaSalle French Fund II LP. OGIC and BNP Paribas Promotion have completely renovated the office building spanning 133,472 square feet. In the transaction, Oudot & Associes negotiated on behalf of the buyer, while Lavigne Roux negotiated on behalf of the seller.
