LONDON-Land Securities has disposed of Corby town center as well as Willow Place for a combined GBP 70 million to Helical Bar. The center, which measures 700,000 square feet, comprises 146 retail units and residential and office accommodation.
The shopping center is anchored by TK Maxx, Wilkinson and Primark. The deal also includes Oasis Retail Park. In the deal, Land Securities was represented by Savills and Helical Bar was represented by CBRE. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
