PENSACOLA, FL-Plaza Advisors has completed the sale of a shopping center in Pensacola. DDR Corp. has sold Gulf Breeze Marketplace, a 333,654-square-foot retail center at the junction of CR 281 and US 98, to a private equity group.
The deal also included a freestanding bank branch of Wells Fargo. The center, built in 1998, is leased to various tenants including Lowes Home Improvement, Wal-Mart Supercenter, Sally Beauty Supply, and Firehouse Subs.
