NASHVILLE-Athlon Sports Communications has sold a 0.7-acre site facing Centennial Park in the Elliston Place district for $3.25 million. Park 25 LLC, a venture that includes Atlanta-based North American Properties and local builder Tony Giarratana, has purchased the site for an apartment project.
The property was earlier sold in 2001 for $1.4 million. Park 25 has plans to construct an apartment building consisting of 200 units at 220 25th Avenue. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
