PORTLAND, OR-The Portland Development Commission will settle a development contract this week with Beam Development LLC to progress its Burnside Bridgehead development. Beam Development will purchase a land and an office building at 123 N.E. Third Ave. for $2.3 million.
The property includes the 64,754-square-foot Centennial Plaza office building. Beam will carry out its $14.8-million project on the site. It plans to refurbish the existing structure and earn development rights for additional parcels. The company has 18 months to complete the deal. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
