BUFFALO, NY-PDQ Kenleon Delton LLC, an investment group based in Hallandale Beach, Florida, has purchased a Town of Tonawanda plaza for $4.5 million. The plaza, which measures 55,473 square feet, is situated on Delaware Avenue.
Del-Ton Station Inc., an associate of Phillips Edison, was the previous owner of the plaza. Rite Aid, Valu Home Centers, Dollar Tree and KeyBank occupy space in the property.
