FORT MYERS, FL-Edisto Group Ltd has sold Edisto Lake Apartments, a multifamily complex consisting of 376 units at 10770 Clear Lake Loop in Fort Myers, for $7,000,000. The complex, constructed in 1996, was purchased by Pacifica Companies, LLC.
The multifamily property traded for $18,617 per unit. Edisto Lake Apartments is situated just off McGregor Boulevard and it comprises 23 two- and three-story structures. Thomas Fischer and Jonathan Richards with CBRE handled the sale. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
