VOORHEES, NJ-A BJ's Wholesale Club located at 152 Route 73 in Voorhees has changed hands for $15.9 million. H&R REIT of Canada has purchased the commercial condo, which measures 115,396 square feet, from the wholesale retailer.
The Voorhees property traded for $138 per square foot. The commercial condo was developed in 2004 as a reverse build-to-suit for the retailer. Marcus & Millichap negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
