CHICAGO-Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. has reached a deal to purchase a new medical office building at 6800 N. Frontage Road in Burr Ridge. The 104,000-square-foot building is occupied by Loyola University Health System.
The sales price was not disclosed, but the cost of the project was approximately $30 million. A joint venture that includes Chicago-based Sterling Bay Cos. and Blackrock Medical Corp. developed the medical office building. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
