SEATTLE-The Schuster Realty Partners LLC has bought Fairway Center, a 78,000-square-foot business park in Tukwila, for $7.5 million. The office complex, constructed in 1989, is situated at 14220-14240 Interurban Avenue.
Fairway Center comprises two flex office structures and is 83% leased. It was sold by a group of 19 investors who bought the property as tenants in common.
