
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA-Lincoln Property Company, in partnership with GEM Realty Capital, has acquired The Towers at Bella Terra, a 428,806-square-foot complex in Huntington Beach for $76 million from the building's lenders. The complex, constructed in 1984, comprises 382,808 square feet of office space and 45,998 square feet of retail space.
The Towers at Bella Terra was 65.4% occupied at closing. It is part of the Bella Terra mixed-use district. In May 2010, the complex went into the hands of a Trigild-controlled receivership. For the full story, go to Orange County Register .
