MEMPHIS-Memphis Daily News reported that a company based in Hollywood, Florida, has purchased an apartment complex having 496 units in Oakhaven for $1.1 million, which translates into $2,200 per apartment. The Class D apartment complex spanning 500,000 square feet is situated beside Winchester Road. The property was most recently sold through a foreclosure sale for $2.1 million.
