ST. PETERSBURG, FL-CBRE has closed the sale of a retail center in St. Petersburg. A local private investor has purchased Town Plaza, a shopping center measuring 67,050 square feet at 1846 62nd Ave N., for $2.9 million.
The shopping center, constructed in 1968 and 1972, is located on the west side of I-275. It was just below 80% occupied at closing. Major tenants in the center include American Karate Studio, Dollar General and Pet Food Warehouse. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
