FRANKFURT-The ING Real Estate Investment Management (ING REIM) has sold more than 2,475,699 square feet of land in the logistics park at MainLog Gehespitz situated beside Frankfurt Airport to the REWE Group. The project team at ING REIM worked together with the REWE Group and the city of Neu-Isenburg to complete this project.
REWE will construct a national distribution center measuring more than 645,834 square feet on the site. The center is expected to be opened in early 2013. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
