WICHITA, KS-A group of three local investors has purchased six floors of Petroleum Building, an eight-story office building at 221 S. Broadway in downtown Wichita. Emmanuel Kolluri and Kyle Hughes, the current tenants at Petroleum Building, and a silent partner have closed the deal.
The purchase price was not revealed. The floors, once inherited by Wichita-based Real Development Corp. had been sold to several other investors. For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal .
