Partnership to Turn Bastille Area Car Park into Office Building

PARIS-A partnership between the STAM REI III investment fund controlled by STAM EUROPE and a real property investment fund co-managed by AEW Europe and Tristan Capital Partners is planning to convert a multi-story car park in Paris' Bastille area into an office and retail property. The STAM REI III investment fund and the European Property Investors Special Opportunities, LP acquired the property from Credit Agricole Immobilier.

The property will be transformed into 269,097 square feet of office and 21,527 square feet of retail space. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
