CARDIFF, UK-The Conygar Investment Company PLC has sold 9 nine acres of land at its 93-acre Haverfordwest development site in Pembrokeshire to Sainsbury's to develop a retail food store there. The company is expecting to submit a planning petition early next year for a supermarket consisting of 60,000 square feet retail space, restaurant, filling station and 500 parking spaces.
