BIELEFELD, GERMANY-The ECE European Prime Shopping Center Fund has purchased the City-Passage shopping center in Bielefeld, Germany, from RWI 40 and RWI 43, two funds owned by WestLB. The City-Passage contains 44 shops on 344,445 square feet of space.

Galeria Kaufhof, which has occupied 215,278 square feet in the center, is the anchor tenant. The property also contains roughly 60,277 square feet of office space, 13,993 square feet of gastronomy and nearly 560 parking spaces. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
