RENTON, WA-Federal Partners, an investment fund based in Boston, has paid $35.25 million for the regional headquarters building of the Federal Aviation Administration in Renton. The five-story, 200,000-square-foot building, located at Southwest 16th Street and Lind Avenue Southwest, was sold by Seattle-based Unico Properties and JPMorgan.

Unico Properties will continue to control the office building. JPMorgan and Unico purchased the property in 2007 for $36 million. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
