PHOENIX-Newport Beach, California-based Pacific Real Estate Group LLC has acquired a distribution center in Phoenix. The company has bought the 640 S. 51st Ave. facility for approximately $6.3 million from Boston-based Realty Associates Fund VI LP.

The distribution center is fully leased to Tharco, a unit of Boise Cascade. CBRE brokers Dan Calihan, Joe Porter, Rusty Kennedy, Pat Feeney, Kevin Shannon and Scott Schumacher brokered the deal. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
