ATLANTA-An investment group that includes Clearview Hotel Capital and a real property fund controlled by Oaktree Capital Management LP, has grabbed the Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel situated at One Hartsfield Centre Parkway. The 387-room hotel is located along Interstates 85 and 75.
The Renaissance contains nearly 37,400 square feet of meeting space that also includes 11,000 square feet of ballroom. The hospitality group at Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman brokered the sale. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
