PARIS-Tamar European Industrial Fund has purchased a portfolio of four industrial facilities in France and has sold an office and warehouse property in Finland. The firm has acquired the French portfolio, which comprises four industrial buildings totaling 570,067 square feet, for GBP 9.9 million.
Three buildings are located in the Paris region and one building is located on the north side of Lyon. In a separate deal, Tamar has sold a 5,790-square-foot office and warehouse building in Kuopio for approximately EUR 290,000. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
