MIAMI-The self-storage investment sales team at HFF has closed the sale of a self-storage facility in Miami.

MIAMI-The self-storage investment sales team at HFF has closed the sale of a self-storage facility in Miami. America's Capital Partners has sold the 72,050-square-foot StorSafe Hammocks property to Extra Space Storage.

The self-storage facility is 71% occupied. The deal was part of a self-storage portfolio that was sold in the past two months for roughly $122.75 million. Aaron Swerdlin, Doug McCarron and Barbara Guffey of HFF negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
