MESA, AZ-Summit Aventerra LLC has acquired Aventerra at Dobson Ranch, a 576-unit apartment community at 1960 W. Keating Ave. in Mesa, for $29.1 million. Special Service LNR Partners LLC in Miami Beach, Florida, was the seller of Aventerra.
The lakefront apartment complex, constructed in 1980, was 87% occupied at closing. Summit Aventerra is an entity created by Los Angeles-based Summit Equity Investments Inc. CBRE brokers negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
