MIDDLEBORO, MA-The Oak Point residential complex situated inMiddleboro has changed hands. Hometown America has purchased theapartment community, which contains over 55 residential units, for$55 million.

This is the fifth apartment community the Illinois-based companyowns in Massachusetts. The other communities are Leisurewoods inRockland, Oakhill in Attleboro, Leisurewoods in Taunton, and RiverBend and Miller's Woods in Athol.
