
MIDDLEBORO, MA-The Oak Point residential complex situated in Middleboro has changed hands. Hometown America has purchased the apartment community, which contains over 55 residential units, for $55 million.
This is the fifth apartment community the Illinois-based company owns in Massachusetts. The other communities are Leisurewoods in Rockland, Oakhill in Attleboro, Leisurewoods in Taunton, and River Bend and Miller's Woods in Athol.
