PARIS-Valad has acquired a newly constructed light industrial park in La Courneuve, Ile-de-France for an amount of EUR 6.1 million. The company has acquired the industrial park, which will be named VALAD PARC Jean Mermoz, for Valad's Parc d'Activites fund.
The property comprises 64,701 square feet of industrial space spread across seven units that measure roughly 9,687 square feet each. Valad's Parc d'Activites fund will focus on leasing the property to businesses that require light industrial space. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
