ORLANDO-CRP II - Washington Shores LLC has purchased Washington Shores Plaza, a 45,370-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at 2100 Bruton Blvd., for $1.8 million. The retail center was sold by special servicer Berkadia.
The shopping center, constructed in 1998, was 39.3% leased at closing. Current occupiers in the center include Domino's, Family Dollar, Metro PCS and H&R Block. CB Richard Ellis sold the REO property on behalf of the special servicer. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate .
