TAMPA, FL-Colliers International has closed the sale of a retail property in Port Richey.

TAMPA, FL-Colliers International has closed the sale of a retail property in Port Richey. The firm has marketed the retail property measuring 6,750 square feet at 9644 Scenic Drive for $1 million on behalf of 6341 Tacoma Dr. Holdings LLC, the seller.

The retail asset is leased to Visionworks. Mike Milano from Colliers International Tampa Bay and Cynthia Shelton from Colliers International Central Florida negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
